So from what I've read, I think the new line of colors is in July '09? I really hope there will be brighter colors for the bag builder messenger. Maybe more jewel tones...the emerald is great! I'm really looking for a better choice of purples and blues and PLEASE bring back the CORAL and PEACOCK BLUE!!!! Do you guys have any idea as to which colors may appear in the near future and which ones may go?? I've been waiting forever to build my own messenger but I would like more color options!

I know you get asked this a lot, but are you unveiling new colors/specialty fabrics for the customizable bags soon? I am debating between a limited edition bag or waiting for the new stuff.

I see that build your own cargo tote is an option but when I click on it, it says loading but nothing ever comes up.

I don't want to make it seem like I'm kvetching or anything--I love my bag--but for the life of me I can't figure out what the designer(s) had in mind with the center divider.

If I put anything behind the divider or inside of the pocket it makes the bag very uncomfortable to wear since the items invariably bulge out rather than stay flat at the bottom. I feel that the term "center divider" is a bit of a misnomer and it may be a good idea to at least include a picture in the bag builder so people know what it is. If I had known, I would have gotten the grab strap instead.

I would love to make a bag with the leaf green ballistic nylon with a moss green liner, but those colors aren't on the builder.

What's up with the bag divider available on the bag-builder messenger? Is it just basically a pocket on the back of the inside of the bag? Because that would be SWEET to stash a laptop sleeve. Any pictures of this for us to check out?? Also, any idea when the black x-pac will be avail again for the bag builder?? I got some $$ burnin' a hole in my pocket here people!!

Your Herringbone fabric is gorgeous. Are there any plans to make other bags using this material? Perhaps a non laptop? I did see a Herringbone messenger being sold on an online site, but to be honest, I have an old messenger and the ones sold now are pretty much the same. I love the laptop bags with more pockets, etc - but sometimes they are just too big when not carrying a laptop!

Can you customize the colors on the "Coder" bag?

I have a question on the various grab straps... First, I own the Metro, which has a padded (floppy) grab strap, and the Commute , with a padded, but stiff, grab strap (not a complaint--it's very comfortable in the hand while supporting the heavy computer inside). So, the question is, for your other bags, what's the grab strap like? Specifically:

- Laptop Messenger?
- Custom Messenger (with grab strap added)?
- Pro Series backpack (Medium only, I know the larger ones have no handle)?

Why is the strap pad a $10 add on for the Build Your Own Messenger if it is included with the Classic Messenger?

Hi, I have a few questions.

Does the lex have a pocket and a zippered one in front of that under the flap on the front panel, like the messengers?

Is the organizer panel similar to the messenger (2 zippered pockets)?

Is there a lead time or does standard shipping apply?

By the way I just bought the classic large and LOVE it, the problem is that I have neck problems and will have to return it, I am hoping that the lex will fit the bill. the things I like about the messenger are_ it sits upright with books loaded in it_its wide open_pockets_I am thinking that the lex offers this in a different configuration with back pack straps.

one other thing, Why don't you guys design an ergo strap pad!!!! the on you offer is terrible, I think it makes my pain worse!!!! You know the kind....has a slight curve to it and it would be wider than the strap, the problem with yours is that it is to narrow and dense.

Also, are there any dividers within the main pocket of the Detour? Or is there just the laptop enclosure.
