I don't want to make it seem like I'm kvetching or anything--I love my bag--but for the life of me I can't figure out what the designer(s) had in mind with the center divider.

If I put anything behind the divider or inside of the pocket it makes the bag very uncomfortable to wear since the items invariably bulge out rather than stay flat at the bottom. I feel that the term "center divider" is a bit of a misnomer and it may be a good idea to at least include a picture in the bag builder so people know what it is. If I had known, I would have gotten the grab strap instead.

I have had my Timbuk2 bag for a very long time. The center divider has recently broken (the insides of it), and the velcro has pulled off. How can I order one of these, as it isn't in the accessories/replacement parts section.

I like the idea of a divider to separate things, if it is front to back it will no longer take my laptop. So I'm hoping the answer is side to side.
