Ok so I bought my husband the 125$ BYOB gift card for our anniversary (thanks for your help Ryan!) He wants to know if he can customize the commute daypack. Is this a possibilty? Will there be an option is the future, or can we pay extra to have one customized? Thanks in advance for any help!!!

why can't we customize the side panels of the cargo tote with the special fabrics? we can do this with the messenger but why can't we do this with the tote? we can only utilize the special fabrics as a middle panel.

In the Build Your Own Bag section of the site, when you select the Large Messenger bag, then after you're done picking your fabrics, why can't you add a 15" Laptop Insert to the bag?

I want to make some modifications to my Classic Messenger, but I need some fabric to do it (I'm an experienced seamstress and want to add a few things...) but I would really like to get some Condura fabric (in Blue Slate would be the best...) so that it will match? I've tried online, but the best I can find is plain black.

As far as the modifications go I would like to add an outer pocket to the back of the bag, covering the entire back and with an open top- I have found this design VERY hand in the past and would just like to have it there! Also I think I am going to add two more clips to the bottom of my large messenger so that I can compress it a little more when its not jam-packed with stuff. Speaking of which- what size are the clips already on the bag?

Also- what size needle do you use in the factory, and should a regualr sewing machine be able to handle putting my bag back togather? (I don't want it to end up like humpty dumpty!)

what is the difference between x medium/large x-pac messenger custom with the laptop insert and a custom laptop messenger with 3 x-pac panel ?

is the laptop pocket it the full lenght of the like the center divider or smaller (laptop size) and center on the back panel ?

The xxl x-pac messenger can't be customize ?

Can you customize a bag and use the artist canvas as one of the panels?

Can you customize the colors on the "Coder" bag?

In bag builder, can you get the laptop messenger bag without the handle on the top? Would this then just be the messenger bag with the laptop insert? Another question, is the laptop insert sewn into the customizable messenger bag or is it free floating?
