We have been getting a lot of calls and emails from people in regards to straps. Especially the shoulder strap on the Arnold and the cross strap. Seems they are so well stored in the bag that no one is finding them. Here is the deal...
If you bought the Arnold bag, our "pump you up" gym bag, the strrap is inside the zipped compartment. No, not the main zip compartment! Inside the bag you will notice the organizational panel. At the top of the panel there is a zipper. Unzip it and BAM! your strap is staring back at you.
If you have a Messenger bag, your cross strap is also inside the same compartment. Only diff is that it will be in a little plastic bag.
