i know you've got zippered versions of some backpacks, but hoping you could add such a bag on the Bag Builder

is it possible to get a custom lex pack with the organizer pocket on the front as opposed to the back? what about a center divider?

My Aunt sent me a SF Custom Lex Pac L in navy and gray for graduation. However, It looks like a giant beetle has landed on my skinny back. Are there any options for exchange? I hate to tell her the money was wasted.

I'm sorely tempted to make the medium Pro or custom Lex my travel rucksack, as I think it fits the carry-on luggage size and is just one big storage space. However, in the event I do have to check it, I would love to be able to lock it somehow. Is there anything in the bag's design that would allow for using a travel lock or something similar to keep its contents safe from prying fingers? I would love to be able to use one big bag for everything on the road...

Does the lex pack have a vented back like the track daypack? It looks like the standard (pro) version might, but not the custom ones, is this correct? Also, how good are your vented backs at keeping you cool while cycling? Thanks

Hi, I have a few questions.

Does the lex have a pocket and a zippered one in front of that under the flap on the front panel, like the messengers?

Is the organizer panel similar to the messenger (2 zippered pockets)?

Is there a lead time or does standard shipping apply?

By the way I just bought the classic large and LOVE it, the problem is that I have neck problems and will have to return it, I am hoping that the lex will fit the bill. the things I like about the messenger are_ it sits upright with books loaded in it_its wide open_pockets_I am thinking that the lex offers this in a different configuration with back pack straps.

one other thing, Why don't you guys design an ergo strap pad!!!! the on you offer is terrible, I think it makes my pain worse!!!! You know the kind....has a slight curve to it and it would be wider than the strap, the problem with yours is that it is to narrow and dense.
