Will you ever come up with a better liner for the Metro? My wife just picked one up but it doesn't have the vinyl liner like mine has. Because of this, it doesn't hold it's shape as nicely and it actually feels flimsy.

What is the TPRCV for the metro and eula bags? I'm looking for the smallest messenger bag that you carry... just for essentials - a small digital camera, a cell phone, a wallet, a pocket-sized lotion, maybe a water bottle - a bag I can carry around a lot with me. What is available, and what do you recommend (I'm in high school)?

I'm not sure about the XS messenger /metro / eula. Is there a non-wool eula that I can purchase that is not custom? Also, what is the difference between the eula and the metro? thank you!

Is it possible to order a new shoulder strap for my Metro bag? The dog ate it. Really.

Please add REMOVABLE shoulder strap options to messenger bags that have a handle on top. I love your bags but the only bags that I have considered are the Metro or the Commute. The Metro is too small and does not have removable shoulder straps and I do not like the Commute because I do not carry a laptop and I do not like all the padding on the back of the bag that is inflexible. If Timbuk2 were ever able to add removable shoulder straps to your messenger style bags that have a top handle it would make them into the utimate functional urban business bag. Please consider it!!!!!!!!!! It is an untapped market place that Timbuk2 could dominate since it is populated by overpriced brands like Tumi or subpar quality brands like Jansport.

I need one size up from the metro. I love using my metro bag as my main camera bag, but with my new dSLR & kit lens, it barely fits! Let alone trying to squeeze it in there with a battery grip. I know it would fit if I kept the lens detached, but I'd rather not. What would be one size up, without going huge? I LOVE the size of the metro!

Was just wondering, since I'm thinking of getting a metro, and would like to get the most water-resistant one. And I'm guessing the Nylon lining isn't exactly very water-resistant.

I'm looking to purchase one of the metro bags from Timbuk2 but i'm curious as to whether it is made in San Francisco or overseas. I want to be sure i'm buying a product made in San Francisco.
