Hey there, this is more for the people at Timbuk2 than a proper question (thanks for giving customers such an easy way to leave feedback!)
I just wanted to say it would be really nice if you could find a way to send the bags internationally using a shipping method that costs a bit less than the 50 dollars listed now. I mean I would have been buying it using a card attached to a euro-based account, but it is still to expensive for me! I would have definitely bought a bag now, because there are so many I love--they're great because they have long straps which I need because I'm pretty tall--but I can't afford so much shipping!
ah well, just thought I'd let you know because if you get told by enough people, you could take the comms to the post office and wave them in front of them saying 'we got disappointed potential customers here!!' or something lol.

By the way I added the bag builder as this is probably the one I'd have bought! I love how you can customize things a bit with these bags, you don't have to limit yourself to the few colors someone chose for you! It's neat.
Or is the current WC linup a special, limited-time-so-once-they're-gone-they're-gone type deal? I'm planning to order a Commute soon, but if they're not going to be there, I'll order sooner!

Regarding the reflective tails (the big ones of the two options) ...do these refective pieces clip on and off or are they permanent like the smaller "sewn on" option?
Can I phone in the order or is it better somehow to do the whole ordering process online?
(I tried calling the 800 number just now and it does not go through...I get a message saying "sorry the person you are calling is not available". It worked last night when I called (although I got an answeing message saying they were closed) ).
It seems there's no medium Commute in black available. Will it come back anytime soon ?
Also, how much is international shipment to Italy ?

In BYOB can you choose both the reflector tabs and the reflector tails when you make the messenger bag? And is the internal organizer always grey with black trim?
What colors are availalbe in Commute in large size? I'm looking to order a commute large size. Looks like my choices are herringbone, blue/gray and black?
I am building my own large Messenger bag (non-laptop). I was told that I could request a handle be added like exists on the laptop version...how does one do this online? I have looked and looked and have had no luck figuring this out.
Also, is there any way to have a water bottle holder put on the outside of the bag (on one of the ends)?

i have had my messenger bag for 13 years and LOVE it, it goes everywhere with me! the stitching on the back has started to come undone, and some of the waterproof is also rubbing off...not surprised because it is so old... I do not want a new one, but I do want mine fixed! Is this possible?
The XL Laptop Sleeve is supposed to fit a 17" MacBook Pro, but looking at the dimensions, it seems a little big... I don't want my computer to be sliding around in the sleeve, would a 17" also fit in the Large Sleeve?

I ordered a bag on your site, however the charges on my statement were very odd. The charge for the correct amount showed up for a couple of hours right after I placed the order for the bag, but then they mysteriously disappeared the next day and the amount I paid for the bag was restored to my account. I have called the bank to see if perhaps the transaction is pending, but they have no record of it pending, either. The bag has already shipped, according to the UPS tracking site. I am very confused. Could someone please look into this for me? Thank you!
As trying before I buy is pretty difficult for me (I live in the UK), it would be really fantastic if you could put more photos of your products on the site, especially:
Larger photos (scarily high-res = good), especially of the custom fabrics you can pick on BYO.
Photos of stuff *in* your bags

Will the out of stock colors for the laptop sleeves be replaced? If not, when can we expect a new assortment of colors? I'd love something fun and bright but the only choices left are kind of blah.
I'm trying to figure out what size messenger bag I want. I want to be able to carry a folio, small nalgene, lunch, and such but don't want something huge. Basically, I'm concerned that a small might be too small for my needs or that a medium will look huge (when carried by a early-20s male in a suit).
