Adding cross strap to commute messenger
I'm interested in the Commute Messenger Herringbone - can a cross strap be added? It looks like the cross strap would redistribute the weight nicely (when say running through an airport!) - would you say this is true?

Inappropriate?It can be, it just clips right on so you can use it when you need it, like if you're riding your bike or running through an airport, but keep it off if you're just going for a walk. -
Inappropriate?btw, I just recieved my Commute messenger and extra crossstrap I ordered. BUT the commute does not have a lower D-ring to snap it to! So for anyone else, it's a no-go.
