Inappropriate?...and you can put a Strap Pad on the 2" detachable shoulder strap for the Cargo Tote.

Inappropriate?Wondering what size notebook you are referring to & wondering if by notebook you mean paper not computer. When I first read the title I thought of a computer laptop not a book for taking notes. Just throwing in my 2 cents.
