Combining bags in boxes for a single order and paying the rest $$
Combine two or more bags in boxes (gift cards) for one order? Is that possible? If the amount on the cards not sufficient, can I pay the rest with a credit card?

Inappropriate?you sure can. just enter the bag in a box codes at the bottom of the first page of checkout. there is a button that says add another, and you can add as many bag in a boxes as you have.. then if that doesnt pay for the whole amount, you will be asked for your credit card info.
