Commute messenger bag strap unclips spontaneously
I just bought a new commute messenger, the latest in a long line of Timbuk2 bags I've enjoyed.
Unfortunately, the strap keeps popping off the clip on one side, leading my bag to fall. I have managed to catch it each time, but it holds my laptop and thus my livelihood. Is this a problem other people have had with the new version of this bag?
I'm afraid that this will happen when I am on my bike leading my computer to crash to the ground.

Inappropriate?Spontenaity in itself is good, but not so great when it involves things like this. We want you to be able to commute safely without worrying about whether the strap is gonna hold. There are plenty of other things to worry about; swine flu, the ecomomy, will the ice cream melt before I get home?
Just contact customerservcie@timbuk2.com and we can send you a sturdy replacement strap for you and your commute. -
Inappropriate?Thanks!
The problem fortunately has seemed to resolve itself. Maybe the clip just needed to settle in somehow. I am still a little nervous, but overall I really love the bag.
