Inappropriate?oh man, that is the worst! know that we did not sell those bags to them.. and we're looking into it right now.
I’m interested in fashionable business cases or briefcases.

what are you guys, snobs? who cares if Costco sells your bags? -
Inappropriate?Costco is not an authorized dealer of our bags. We are now checking this out and making sure that this does not happen again. Thanks for the heads up, we really appreciate that you brought this to our attention.
I’m so gald that we have loyal T2's like you

Inappropriate?side note: did you know that costo sells pizza? like, not just frozen pizza, but real hot melty cheese pizza? weird. (and if you read the fine print on the costco "t2" page they admit they're not an authorized dealer. at least they admit it)
I’m likin' pizza.

Inappropriate?Hi Bo. Here is our company statement on this, which we shared with our authorized retailers and customers:
Yesterday we were alerted to the fact that Costco is selling one of our bags on their Premium site. As you can imagine, this was both a surprise and shock to us.
I can assure you that we at Timbuk2 care about where and how our products are being distributed and we know you do as well. We want all of you and our retailers to know that we take this seriously and that we are taking action.
Please note the following:
1. We did not sell our products to Costco.
2. Our Brand is very popular and our admirers try to duplicate our products and attract our customer.
3. We are taking action.
About 6 months ago this happened to us, and it was remedied within a few days. We have every belief that this will be the case here as well.
Thanks for caring about our brand enough to post this.
