Custom Messenger: tag inside says Vietnam?
Hi,
I bought a custom messenger from the bag builder on the website. There is one tag inside that says "Hand made in SF" but last night while cleaning it I found a smaller tag in a seam that says "Vietnam". What gives?!

Inappropriate?What!?!? Perhaps a bag component was made in Vietnam, but the bag was sewn together right here in San Francisco. Please don't hesitate to contact customer service if you're still concerned:

Inappropriate?I just got a bag that has "Made in Vietnam" under the bar code on the tag. Granted it wasn't custom but I was under the impression all the bags were made in SF...
I’m also sad.

Inappropriate?They outsourced a while ago... They have limited edition bags and special order bags (like mine) that are still Made in SF. I also have a couple not made in San Francisco but I really wanted one that was handmade in the city, so I paid a lot extra for my bag. That's why I was so bummed to see the Vietnam tag. They're all still great bags, but I am not quite sure what I paid for now.
