do you care about your customers?
I can't seem to get through to a real human at customer support! My bag isn't showing up on tracking. Do you really care about us- customers, that is. Are you closing or about to go belly up and have closed support? how is it that you say you are open 10-4 (pretty slim hours for dealing with those of us who pay your bills and buy your products) but don't communicate??

Thanks, Mark, but "here and ready" implies that we can get through to you for you to solve our problems, and the telephone support is really not working. Please understand that it is very frustrating to hear your voice say "hi it's Thursday...and we are open in cust. support..." but then your voice mail is full, and you don't put us on a telephone queue to wait to talk to anyone!!! We recognize that you are a small crew!!! Honestly, if the tracking feature worked, you would eliminate the need for us to call and then get frustrated. Or, just do email and let us know that you will reply within next business day, and skip the phone support that probably makes you as crazy as it does us!! We'd understand that tactic!! Thanks!!

Inappropriate?That's very odd, that the queue didn't work. We'll look into that. The tracking is also getting fixed as we speak and should be fully working within days. It is currently working for custom orders. When did you place your order? If you check for tracking before the order has shipped, UPS will say "nope. your order doesn't exist" because in their system it is exsistence-less until it ships. They're funny like that...
