Does removing the logo tag void the bag warranty?
My new custom classic messenger small arrived in the mail today, and it's lovely, with one tiny exception. The "Timbuk2" logo ribbon thing that is attached to the front pocket and shows under the flap? It's sewn in badly, so about half of it is obscured, and it's a little crooked.
Of course, this doesn't affect the functionality at all, but it just looks a little funny. If I just cut that tag off cleanly, will that somehow void the warranty on the bag? Is there some reason to leave it on? I feel a little silly that it sort of annoys me, but it does.

Inappropriate?Hi Trin! Rats! Sorry that you've got a crooked label! While it is great to have the label inside, if you ever needed to make a warranty claim you would be just fine. There's a secret test we can do to prove it's ours. It involves beer. - Nah.. kidding. But we know our bags and if the label really is bugging you you can cut it out or contact customerservice@timbuk2.com and we can see about getting the label corrected for you.
Thanks!
I’m happy

Inappropriate? Also - if you can post a photo of this - or even better get us your order number and date - the factory workers take great pride in their product and want to sort out how this made it through their quality control.
Thanks for being so nice about this - Like Tinr said we want to make this right. -
Inappropriate? Thanks! I've sent email with a pic. I didn't see an order number anywhere on the order form, but I've included all the other info I could. Oh, here's what it looks like:
I’m enjoying the new bag!

Inappropriate?Thank for posting.
Just so you know - the factory leads met last night and already discussed how this could have made it through their quality process.
Thank you for the photo - I will take it downstairs for the sewing leads to see.
