excellent product, and excellent customer service

The pull on my cargo tote broke, and the Velcro on my 2-way wore out. I called Timbuk2 to ask about what could be done, and immediately was offered replacements for both at no charge. I am already a big fan of their products... this kind of response is icing on the cake.
