Exchanging one product for credit.

I purchased a timbuk2 purse (single speed collection) a few weeks ago. I purchased the purse out of town and can no longer return it. I used the purse for week and did not find it very comfortable. I was not sure if I could possibly send the purse back to timbuk2 for credit. Thanks
