Great bag, but squeaky straps
Why does the strap squeak where it connects to the bag on both sides? and is there any i can do to stop this?

The squeak is coming from the swivel part of the conector. The are two fixes that seem to work: First, reverse the clips so that the hasp part of the clip is facing outward. The second is to apply a silicone based lubricant (like plumbers grease) to the swivel. If you aply it where the swivel is.. it should fix it up.
