Great Timbuk2 Service...Thanks, Anne!

My kids built a custom bag for their dad for Christmas. Apparently, something went awry & our order didn't go through...which I failed to notice until Today, Dec. 22. :( I called customer service to check on the order...not only did Anne offer to re-create the order for me over the phone, she gave me a coupon to cover the cost of the expedited shipping so as to have happy kiddos on Christmas Eve. Timbuk2 is great! I couldn't be happier with the service. I'll be making a bag for myself after the holidays!
