Handle, No handle, try again?
I am an airline pilot and I bought the commute bag so I could carry my laptop up front with me, I carry my charts, headset, some food and company manuals in the bag, I love the fact that I can have all my stuff so organized in the commute, but the handle started to rip off in one week, so I returned it and the new one had the same problem, the handle is not sewn in far enough, more material needs to be inserted and sewn in. So now that two of your bags have failed me in about a 2 week period, I no longer am hauling a Timbuk2 bag through countless airports where it is seen by thousands, my new bag that is seen everyday by thousands of people is a Patagonia. Far less organized but at least it doesn't fall apart. I would like another Timbuk2 but I have no confidence in the product.

Inappropriate?Wow! Sorry to hear this, could you post a photo of the bag? This does not reflect the quality of products that we sell, and would like to get to the bottom of this ASAP! Where are you based out of, I want to get you a workable product that is Timbuk2 as soon as possible.

I don't have the bag anymore and I never took any photos, guess I should have. I bought it at REI in SLC and they took them both back no questions asked. I really liked everything else about the bag but I need a good handle. -
