How do I wash my Lula daypack? My cat hacked a nasty hairball on it and spot cleaning just isn't getting it out!!
My cat urped right onto one of the shoulder straps and I'm worried that the stain/smell won't come out all the way. I've tried spot-cleaning with 409 and it isn't quite working. Thanks!

Inappropriate? You might want to try and hand wash the bag. It will take awhile to dry, but I think if you soak your bag, it might come out. Just make sure that your cat cannot leave another present on the clean bag. Love that hairball!!!
I’m hopeful

Inappropriate?Oh yeah well she absolutely RUINED my last Timbuk2 messenger bag with a nasty little present while she was in heat (she was promptly fixed after that incident). I finally bought another bag because I love the product line and now she's gone and done it again!! At least it doesn't smell like pee...I'll try hand washing it right now.
I’m thinking it's time for Miss Mia to get her own bag to defile.

Inappropriate?Did you leave her alone when these incidents happened? They have a such a wicked streak when they are not happy. Write back and tell us what happened. You might want to try to spray Zout scrub and let soak. Hopefully, this will work. Naughty kitty.
