I love my bag! BUT, my12" laptop computer doesn't fit the small laptop messenger bag. I can't get it out without help.
It takes two people to get my laptop out of the bag. Its too tight a fit. What should I do? Can I return it if its custom but sewn wrong.

Inappropriate?Hey Rockstar,
It doesn't do us any good for you to have a bag that isn't doing you any good. Please call 800-865-2513 and let's see what we can do to fix it. What kind of laptop do you own? Is it a situation where you followed the laptop sizing chart on our website and were led to believe your laptop would fit?
I’m wondering what happened.

Inappropriate?I have the same problem with the large sleeve and a 17" sleeve. I have a new 17" Dell and it took two of us to get it out of the sleeve...the paint on the bottom of the computer even rubbed off in the process! The crazy thing is that the same computer fits beautifully in the pocket of a large messenger bag advertised to hold the same size computer. I think the sleeves are just made a tad too small.

Inappropriate?I want to order a laptop messenger bag. I have a 12" Powerbook but am maybe considering a MacBook Air. Maybe. I am concerned about the message I read about the bag for the 12" being too small for the computer. Please will you respond to me, I really want to order a bag but I don't want to struggle with it and then have something that does not fit. thanks
I’m waiting for an answer

Inappropriate? The Powerbook G4 12" has dims listed at 1.18 x 10.9 x 8.6, which should be no problem for the small laptop messenger, which fits laptops up to 1.5 x 11.6 x 8.9.
Here's a link to a "what's in my bag" post on flickr that might help you decide. http://www.flickr.com/photos/y-v-e-s/...
This guy has a 12" Powerbook and a small LTM bag. Also, just go to your favorite T2 retailer and bring you laptop. See what fits.
Good luck!
