I need help finding what's up with my 3 week old order.
Why is it impossible to get through by phone to the service dept? Yesterday they were in a training meeting until mid-morning, but still didn't turn the phones on. Today there's no answer, just a message saying the mailbox is full. I need to know what happened to order #5152843.
