I purchased a custom messenger bag for my son which we're very happy with - except that the strap broke within 6 months
of purchase. Will you replace the strap for us? I bought this bag because I thought it was durable (that was the sales pitch)?!

Inappropriate?the strap broke?? can you send us some pictures?? that is pretty crazy, i've never seen a broken timbuk2 strap.
of course we will cover all manufacturing defects under our warranty policy, check it out..
