I really want a pro version of the laptop messenger. I know I could just customize a bag with the xpac material but I think the pricepoint is lower when you all actually create line to accomodate your customers. For example, the new covert messenger is great, nearly perfect for me but I want it to have a laptop sleave. Is the glow-in-the-dark panel the new reflective material you are working on or is that yet to come? Does the glow material need sun? please make a pro series in the laptop messenger!

Inappropriate?Hi Rube.
Q: "Is the glow-in-the-dark panel the new reflective material you are working on or is that yet to come?"
A: The center panel of the Covert bag is the reflective material.
Q: "Does the glow material need sun?"
A: The fabric reflects direct light. Headlights work great, flashlights work okay. Sunlight is not direct enough to make it glow.
I hear ya on the Covert Laptop Messenger. The goal for the Covert bag was to build a super lightweight, super versatile, working messenger bag.
The best solution for your laptop needs is to buy a separate sleeve and toss it in the Covert messenger. But your request is noted.

Inappropriate?Do you have any pictures of the covert messenger at night?
I’m thinking that glow in the dark is super cool!

Inappropriate? We're shooting some video of the Covert bag in-action after dark tonight.
Here's a shot I just took of an all-black Covert bag with the camera flash on:

Inappropriate? Is the covert material available for custom bags/backpacks?

Inappropriate?what is the best way to attach patches to the x-pac material...should you sew them or do iron patches work well too? also, what is the strap pad that comes with the cover messenger? i would prefer the grippy kind.

Inappropriate? So by "glow in the dark", you actually mean "reflective"? Or is it both glowing and reflective?
I’m hoping it really glows in the dark

I would like to second this question. I also feel that "glow in the dark" is quite misleading if the panel is only reflective. I too thouth that glow in the dark meant that it actually glowed and was not reflective.
I’m indifferent
