I received a custom msger bag as a gift. There are a couple of problems with it. How do I get them taken care of?
This was a Christmas present (XS custom messenger bag). The shoulder strap is about 6 inches too short and the grab handle is too far back on the top of the bag. Also, the padded shoulder strap didn't come with it even though it was ordered...

From what you are saying it may just be that this isn't the bag for you? Or do you think these are genuine defects? The offset grab handle is by design, it helps distribute the load properly. I take it the strap is too short even in the fully extended position? Or did we short the length?
