Incredibly fast and efficient return/replacement on custom bag!

Kudos to Tim and Timbuk2. Last monday, i mailed back my much loved, but unfortunately leaking Large custom messenger bag. with personal and speedy care on Tim's part, i had my store credit issued on Thursday, i ordered the bag that afternoon to find it was shipped on Friday and in my hands this past Monday.

So, in a matter of 1 week, i had my bag completely replaced by another custom bag. i can't believe how fast and smooth this transaction went, and this experience adds already to my glowing recommendation of Timbuk2 products. their customer service in this whole experience went beyond the call of duty.
