Is it possible to get a large laptop insert in a medium messenger bag?
I currently have a commute bag - my work computer fits into the laptop insert but my personal does not. I think I need to upgrade to a larger laptop insert, but I don't want my bag to go larger than a medium messenger. Would it be possible to get a medium messenger with a larger laptop insert?

Inappropriate?I just want to add that i've noticed that the medium messenger is wider than the X-Large commute, but seems to come with a smaller laptop insert inside of it. -

Our inserts are size specific and help provide structure to the bag. We can't swap out insert sizes across the various bag sizes. My suggestion would be use the insert for your work laptop and perhaps get a separate sleeve for your personal. Or treat yourself to a new bag, you've earned it!
