Is the covert panel reflective? If not, when are reflective panels coming?

Is the covert panel reflective?
If not, when are you getting reflective panels back on messenger bags?

Reflective panels are so important for night riding safety! Glow in the dark does not provide the visibility or safety of a reflective patch. I commute a lot in the dark and don’t want to get run over.

Environmentally conscious materials and all, this it’s a big drag to still not have a reflective messenger bag. You guys have been promising this for a while.
