Make a Pannier Tote!!
I think the cargo tote would make an AMAZING pannier. Make that zipper waterproof, throw some pannier hooks on one side or even just a solid velcro panel, stiffen up the sides a little and voila! A beautiful pannier that is also a tote and has that Timbuk2 flair!

Inappropriate?i think its a great idea.. panniers are something we've all been wanting from timbuk2 for a while.. hopefully one day it will be a reality.. and if you could customize the colors like the cargo tote.. that'd be great.

Inappropriate?I've been told by my physical therapist that my cargo tote needs to go. It puts uneven pressure on my shoulder and the weight offsets my posture (so switching to a backpack isn't an option). There have been several times I wished I could just slap my favorite totey onto my rear rack and go. I would LOVE to see a T2 pannier, cuz let's face it. Everything else out there is UGLY!!!! -
