Metro or XS Messenger worn in front?
Can Metro or XS Messenger be comfortably worn in FRONT? I'm going to Paris for vacation and my personal things will be more secure if I can keep them in front where I can keep can an eye on them, and pic-pockets discouraged!

Inappropriate?They both have a shoulder strap which you can swing around so the bag is in front of you. I think it's pretty secure because of the velcro you can hear the crooks ripping it open!

Inappropriate?Don't worry about wearing it in front. Just turn it around so that the flap is against your back (thus pickpockets would have to get their hands between your body and the bag to open it, and prise the velcro toward your body, and with the clips... - basically, completely secure).
Worked a treat the whole time I've lived in Europe.

Inappropriate?I've worn my metro all around Europe in front and back. In crowded places, I like wearing it in front to keep an eye on things, keep it all at my fingertips (for grabbing a quick photo, sip of water, etc.), and also keep me mindful of what/who I'm banging into with my stuff (especially in shops and museums where I don't want to knock anything over!).
