My datadump day pack is starting to rip at the seams
I use my datadump day pack on a daily basis. I just noticed that the side laptop zipper seam is starting to rip. Its less than a year old so im quite bummed.
Should I sew it myself? Send it back? Buy a new one? Please advise, thanks.

Inappropriate?thanks laura but i dont have another bag in the interim. ill try to dig out an old conference bag and see if i can part with my datadump for a couple of weeks. how do i know if my bag is under warranty?

Inappropriate?All our bags are covered under our lifetime warranty, so as long as it's a manufacturing defect...i.e. the seam started ripping naturally and not after you cut it to make a wider opening, it's covered!
