my Lula is coming apart

I have the Lula and a hole ripped in the front. Also the handles are fraying from their seams. I bought it 2-3 years ago. Is this under warranty and could I get credit for it? I'd give another Timbuk2 model a try.

My TB2 laptop commute is coming apart at the seams and its all apples fault. Having upgrading to a 15" MacBook Pro about 6 months ago from a rusty old dell the shear weight is too much for the poor little TB2. I can't complain as its 3 years old but if you guys at TB2 want some photos for your D&D department let me know and I'll send them through. Off to order a new Commute Slim.........brilliant.
