The ONLY issue I have ever had with this company is how long it takes for non-custom items to ship. That is a real issue that drives people elsewhere after their first experience.

I was going to buy a new wallet but after recalling how long it takes, I went to another company for a similar item. Good luck.

All the 'cool' responses re dude/dudette don't make up for a lack of efficiency and responsiveness.

Well, it's tougher for me since I'm on the other side of the globe.. Have to wake up in the middle of the nite to check my mails or it'll take another day of waiting again...

Hmmm. This looks like a spreading infection. I ordered a bag 7 days ago. My order number is 5153536. I could not track the order thru the Timbuk2 website. I sent an email inquiring about the bag last Thursday. No response. Hey, I don't care if it takes a long time to reach me. I just want to know it's coming.

If you set the expectation that you'll have your bag in 3-7 business days, you'd better live up to that expectation. If you set it more realistically, I'll still respect you in the morning.

I placed an order for 2 bags on may 22 evening sg time, and according to their webbie, it shd have reached me b4 may 30...
i'm still waiting...

Just an update for anyone following this..

My 2nd order, placed on may 24 sg time, reached me first, but the guys at timbuk2 shipped the items in 2 packages and I was told by the UPS delivery guy that I'll have to pay the same tax/VAT/gst twice coz of the duplicated list of items on both the invoices.

My 1st order, placed on may 22 is still stuck in HK, and will only be delivered to me on the 6th, according to the UPS webbie, after staying in Ontario for 4 days.
