Good morning !

I just got a phone call from UPS Sweden letting me know that they have a delivery to me, Yes =o) I was also informed that I am to pay an additional fee of SEK 415 ($ 65) ??????

I have done some investigation an apparently the Shipping Value and the Goods Description is stated wrong on the shipment ?!
Shipping Value: $ 100 ?
Goods Description: Nylon bag ?

Ref order number 5154582 I ordered a set of standard reflector, value $ 5

I was recommended by UPS Sweden (and the Swedish customs) to return the goods back to Timbuk2 for "re-labeling"
The Goods Description should read standard reflector and the Shipping Value should read $ 12 (Goods + Shipping)

Please advice further procedure/action
