ordered 8 days ago, and no answer to inquiry email
I ordered a bag 8 days ago and receive confirmation mail(order no is 5170603). And now I can't track it.
I sent inquiry e-mail to customer service of timbuk but i have not received any reply for 3 days. What do i need to do?

Inappropriate?Realize that you may have to wait FOREVER. I don't mean to be so negative but a lot of customers are not happy. Myself included. I'm sure if you ask about a color pattern they will respond promptly but if it has to do with a shipment they seem to scatter like cock roaches. Good luck to you.

The delaying delivery is not bad, but delaying reply is very bad. I had mailed to your company, but i had not received any response for 4 days. So I wrote a post in this forum. After that, i received reply to my mail finally and the content of email was vague.
This post is the first proper reply to my complaint. -
