Original Detour Day Pack's Back Panel
I've just received Original Detour Day Pack (waxed canvas one) but I am not happy with how the back panel is sewed. It keeps "sinking" inside about few inches. I was expecting back panel feel to be like Commuter Laptop Messenger... I've used it for a few days but could I possibly get an exchange? Or is this something that goes away if I keep using it?

No worries. I'm not going to promise that trait will go away so I recommend going for that exchange, though I can't guarantee you wouldn't find the same issue with another Original Detour. Start with the retailer you bought it from and they should take care of you. If not, give our Customer Service department a call at 800.865.2513. We'll figure it out.
