Stain on my husbands new timbuk2 bag? Order: 5175261

My husband ordered 2 bags from Timbuk2 with the gift card I purchased him. They were both pre-made bags, nothing custom and were in the outlet section. One of the bags (the X-Large Classic Messenger) has a stain located on the middle orange part on the flap. Now, I know it was in the outlet section, but was it supposed to have a stain on it? Its not HORRIBLE but hey, it was an anniversary present and I am kind of disappointed that he ordered something and its already got a blemish. Any input regarding this? THANKS!
