status of order no 5173588

and what a great opportunity to re-explain the whole "business day" timing thing! we try to get orders out in about three business days. if you place an order over the weekend (sat or sun), that three business days = Mon, Tues, Wed. That's the goal. Some bags take longer (did you know that the pattern and work involved on the custom cargo tote and the lex pack are both more complex and time consuming? crazy!), and although we try to get those longer-process bags out just as fast, sometimes they take a smidgen longer.
so, moral of the story: if you order between friday and monday, give us til at least wednesday.
(we do understand,however, being all excited about your bag, and hoping it went out in the earlier part of "3 business days".)

i was waiting wednesday - then haven't heard from you guys.

then it's already thursday 4pm yet the tracking number is not yet available

oh well, screw the excitement

won't be receiving this bag till a friend comes home again March 2009

I thought this bag was going to ship out Wednesday and be delivered to my friend's address on Thursday (today) since he lives in South SFO and his flight leaves on Thursday night

I had to resort to such arrangement as your international shipping charges cost an arm and a leg

until now as I'm checking the online tracking, the order is not even out yet

and I previously thought that the delays and complaints I've read were due to the massive amounts of orders to fulfill for the SALE event

i thought orders are out the door in up to 3 business days?

package was not tampered

please send the other strap pad asap
