Suggestions to Make My Cargo Tote Even Better
I love my large cargo tote, but in addition to some of the suggestions already made (divider long-ways and putting in a key fob):
1. I think the double handles could be slightly longer, so it hangs down a bit lower for easier access into the bag while it's on my shoulder.
2. Consider adding in a thin strip that would snap in or velcro in a cell phone in that pocket. I know you make a separate cell phone holder, but when I use the built-in cell phone pocket, my phone slides out.
3. The zippered pocket is a great idea, but needs to be slightly bigger by like an inch in both directions to hold, say, my wallet and keys.

Inappropriate?I'm glad you're diggin' our new cargo tote.
I'm a huge proponent of longer straps. I always try a bag on and reach into the bag to see if it's the right size. Maybe we could try with adjustable straps?
Larger pocket and a snap for the cell phone holder and larger pocket are also really great ideas.
As always, our PD department trolls get satisfaction frequently to get ideas for new products and adjustments to existing products, and everyone here always pushes great ideas like your own so we can consistently improve our bags and gadgets.
