velcro - under warranty?
I've been using my most recent bag for a couple years now, and it's great except that the velcro on both the bag and the cell phone holster pretty much completely wore out within the first year. I'm not sure if this counts as "defective", since it was good when I got it, but it's certainly disappointing. I would figure this stuff would be made to last for more than a year. I started using these bags as a messenger 8 years ago, and this is the first one that's let me down. Please let me know if there's anything you can do.
Thanks!

Inappropriate?Truthfully, it's natural for velcro to wear out over time with normal wear and tear. Hmmm, have you tried to revive your velcro? Check out the link below:

Inappropriate?I found this thread too. There's some good cleaning advice in here which should help revive it:

I’m optimistic.

Inappropriate?I have a small messenger bag that was given to me by a friend. The bag is in excellent+ condition as he never used it as it was too small, and I have only used it a few times.
The velcro strips are completely clean and look new, but they don't stick very well. I tried the ebay link with the comb but there is no fuzz or lint in it at all.
What should I do?
