Where are the compression straps?
Why is there no option to add compression straps on the custom messenger bags in the bag builder? My Dee Dog needs replacing, I need compression straps. There is a posting here from 7 months ago saying that the compression strap option was being implemented. Has it been implemented yet? If not, will it ever be?

Inappropriate? We hear you! We have a long list of features we want/need to add to our bags and compression straps are at the top. It really helps to hear from customers so thank you for speaking up. I'll pass your message onto our product team so your beloved compression straps get a stared for "must do!"

Inappropriate?Cool, thanks. To be honest, the lack of compression straps is the only thing keeping me from making an immediate purchase (especially with the St. Patrick's Day deal in effect). My Dee Dog has served me VERY well for a decade now but it has reached the end of its service life. We'll try to hang on until we can get some straps. Thanks again.

Inappropriate?Ugh. I wish we could help you now. Our customers have been very creative in hacking features T2 doesn't offer yet, like this undercarriage hack.. But alas, if you're not a hacker, you'll like our new packs that will launch in June because some of them have compression straps. Like I said earlier, I'll def bring this up to our product team.

Inappropriate?Ok it's June, where are the bags with compressions straps? Also, what happened to the X-Large bags in the bag builder?

Inappropriate?Hey there - as with many things that have months and months of planning.... some stuff got delayed. The new packs are now scheduled for July/August. Our XL messengers are available under the build-your-own section of the site. If you really, really, really want an XL messenger with compression straps - you can call our retail store directly at 415-252-9860 and ask them to build your bag. It might take a "pretty please", but they should be able to hook you up with compression straps. I would do all of your other choices online so that when you order, you have a pretty good idea of what you want.
If you have any other issues or questions you can always get ahold of us directly at 1-800-865-2513.
