Inappropriate?If you are looking for a shoulder strap chances are you wouldn't find one in a store. Retailers usually don't carry replacement parts. You can email uscustomerservice@timbuk2.com with your mailing info and what you are looking for we can see if we can dig one up for you!
If you are looking for a shoulder Strap Pad, you would want to check out our online retail locater on our site. We don't have a way of knowing if a retailer has a particular item so you would have to give them a call.

Inappropriate?sorry, I'm looking for the pad, can't seem to find one here. I'd buy one online but shipping is apparently $30 which is tough for a $10 item. Plain USPS isn't a shipping option for you guys? -
Inappropriate?Nope, we will not ship orders USPS. There is no guarantee when, or IF, the package will get to you. We ship UPS for several reasons, from tracking to insurance. Sorry! Did you try a Google search for some Canadian online retailers? Might work!
