Inappropriate?Custom Bags (red label) are final-sale-only. But if you used your Bag in a Box card for a non-custom-made bag (black label), and it's within 30 days of purchase, you can return it directly to Timbuk2 for an online store credit. For more information on our return policies and procedures, please click here: http://www.timbuk2.com/tb2/cms/return...

Inappropriate?Assuming you purchased the bag from Timbuk2.com it has to be returned to us here. I just saw that I somehow directed you to a slightly outdated version of our areturns policy but the basic info stays the same. You need to create an RMA, select whether you want credit to your account or online store credit, mail it back to us, and we'll do the rest.

Inappropriate?hi, i bought my bag from a retailer in Singapore, not from timbuk2.com. i already check with the person who sold me the bag and she says that there a return would not be possible and no retail shop would do that.
so would like to check what can i do or who can i turn to in this case? is there a HQ for timbuk2 in singapore or is there a official distributor which i can bring my return to?
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Sorry for the confusion. Because you replied to the thread about returns for orders purchased with Bag in a Box, I thought you purchased the bag from Timbuk2.com direct.
Unfortunately we do not have a HQ or distributor presence in Singapore. When you purchase from a retailer you are subject to their return policy.
If the retailer has a no returns policy and was clear about that up front, your best bet may be to try and sell it. Here we have resources like craigslist.org or amazon.com. I'm not sure if those are viable options for you, but might be worth a shot.
Good luck.
