Where's my bag?

I ordered 2 bags but only 1 arrived though there are 2 packing slips inside. Where is my 2nd bag ( Classic Messenger Hemp/PET Fabric)? Also, the bag that arrived (custom-made) is damp! Order number is 5156745.
