Why does my messenger bag's handle poke me in the back?
What's up with the handle on the new messenger bags? It's pretty convenient to have a handle right on top of the bag for grabbing it quickly. But when my bag is moderately loaded it sticks rigth into my back and is very uncomfortable. I was wondering if the handle on my bag was misplaced or are other people having this issue? I am considering cutting it off. Has anyone tried that?

Inappropriate?I'd recommend contacting customer service and sending them a pix of your bag and where the handle is. It is supposed to be more towards the back, but it's hard to know if yours is in the right place without a photo.
