Your Internet Service is Horrific
You internet service is horrific, your download speeds are terrible, the number of times I need to reset your modem is infuriating, and your entire customer service team from your phone techs to your field techs are completely incompetent. You should be embarrassed and ashamed to call yourself a business. I truly hope something comes along that will rock your world and you go under. You really deserve it.

Inappropriate?I agree. My modem goes down every night at the same time. After a few nights of unplugging it and resetting--I called Time Warner. She said a tech would have to come out. I recall when I first had Time Warner install my cable, they could reset my modem from whever they were. I told her to forget the service call. I work for ATT, just waiting for our discount on UVerse to kick in..then I will pleasantly leave TWC. If I am paying for a service, it should be relatively error free. And if not, I should not be charged for those times I can't use it.
