I received a "Captcha Verification Failed" notice. What's the problem?

I have entered all my information to request an invitation to TinEye but the request failed. It says "Captcha Verification Failed". What is the problem?

I have tried searching a couple of my images which I know have been used by other people but the search results showed no results.

I'm wondering if it is because they are RAW images?

I did a search and it gave me one or more false positives.

If you look closely you can tell by the details that the image could not be the same - it is the same content but there are slight differences.

Why does this happen? Is it an error?

When I submit an image via the TinEye plug-in from a photo album webpage it returns a message that image is too small. However, when I upload the exact same image from my hard drive to your webpage searches for it. Why does this happen?
