It's incredibly simple and possible, actually.
Press Command Shift 4 on your keyboard, as normal, then tap the space bar to get an option to grab the active window.

Inappropriate?TinyGrab only auto-uploads my screenshots if I use CMD-SHFT-3. Not when I use CMD-SHFT-4. Why would this be?
