Tivo, where are you? You need to listen!
It's funny, I recently wrote a blog post about how Tivo should look at Customer Service as the new PR and I mentioned GetSatisfaction. I come here and I see that they have not joined. I wonder if they are monitoring this or not.
Anyway, I encourage people to view my blog post and Digg it to help others nudge Tivo into thinking a bit more outside the box when it comes to Customer Service.

Inappropriate?Perhaps, but in the mean time, you can find a thriving TiVo community (with TiVo corporate engagement) at http://tivocommunity.com/. TiVo has been communicating with their customers there for quite a long time. I don't know the history of getsatisfaction, but I'd ventured to guess that the TiVo Community forum is older than this site! ;)
